FAQ

There is a large deviation depending on the installed environment, installation status, and use environment. Usually, it’s about 8~16months. Please change all batteries with new 1..5V AA Alkaline batteries.

※ The use of some low-cost(Manganese, Alkaline) batteries, mixing other brands, mixing existing low batteries, bulk packing batteries can be cause of early discharge or device break down by battery leakage so please be careful when using them.

1. Battery may be discharged. Please change all batteries (1.5V aa Alkaline batteries)


2. Make sure that the batteries are inserted correctly to match the polarity.

Please check bellows.

?1. Please check Auto locking setting status and re-set the function(if it’s not set).

2. For Mortise Locks, please check the magnetic sensor in the strike on the opposite door frame of the door lock.

3. For the Rim Locks, Please check whether circular magnetic sensor is installed or not.

4. If the door lock sounds melody only without working, it may be due to low battery. Please replace all batteries with new one, immediately

If it’s not resolved with the above checks, please call the service center.

?If it is not operated by a vertical or horizontal line, such as 1.4.7 or 1.2.3, the internal cable line may be disconnected or internal cable is bent due to incorrect insertion of cable.


Then please contact our service center. 

Please buy a 9V battery and connect to emergency power supply terminal at outer body of the door lock.


When key pad light on or numbers appeared by pressing(depending on models) * or # or touching the key pad, press password as usual and press * or # again then you can open the door. However, the 9V battery should remain in connection with the terminal until the door is opened, and if it has been disconnected,  try again.

Please check below after making sure that other lock is not using except the digital door lock.


1. In case of Rim Locks. if the door sounds open and re-locks after a while, the door lock is normal, please check that the other door lock device is using or not.

2. In case of Mortise lock if the door sounds open and re-locks after a while but door is not opened please contact our service center.

Please check which parts have been replaced when receiving A/S. If main PCB and inner body are replaced, you should re-register the passwords and keys.

You can install the relocation if you contact a local door lock company.


If you do not have company information, please contact the Customer Center and we will guide you to the nearest service center.

At least 38mm to 55mm are recommended for installation.


For doors larger than 55mm thick, a separate auxiliary part (sold separately) is required. Please contact the customer center.

Check bellows.                                             


?1. Please check the auto locking is set or not.

2. Please check the gap between door lock and other side door frame. The Gap should be within 5mm

3. Make sure that the connection cable is open circuit, the connector is incorrectly engaged, and the connector pins are bent or not again.


?If not resolve the problems with the above checks please contact to service center or the shop where you buy the door lock.
