FAQ

1. Battery may be discharged. Please change all batteries (1.5V aa Alkaline batteries)


2. Make sure that the batteries are inserted correctly to match the polarity.

1. In case of Mortise lock, press the handle anchorage which is located inside of the door lock and turn the handle to change in the direction you want.


2. In case of Rim Lock with sliding cover, unfasten the bolt in the battery insertion position and turn the outer body. Then, secure the bolt again to change the direction you want.


?3. It automatically changes left and right, so you can change it in the direction of your choice without having to disassemble it or set up a program.

You should change Key cylinder(there is no mechanical key cylinder for Smart key/digital key only products), please contact distributors or service center.

Please check the volume setting is silent or not and reset the volume(See the manual).

?If the sound is not heard in other setting, there may be a problem with the product, so please

Please check below after making sure that other lock is not using except the digital door lock.


1. In case of Rim Locks. if the door sounds open and re-locks after a while, the door lock is normal, please check that the other door lock device is using or not.

2. In case of Mortise lock if the door sounds open and re-locks after a while but door is not opened please contact our service center.

Please check which parts have been replaced when receiving A/S. If main PCB and inner body are replaced, you should re-register the passwords and keys.

1. All UNICOR’S Smart Door Lock products have a basic water-proof function. However, it is not recommended to install the product where the rain is directly fitted and exposed for a long period time, it may cause malfunction or failure   by water to seep into the product.

2. It is not recommended to install it on the place with strong direct sunlight and high temperature. They may cause of discoloration, cracking, alarm sounds and malfunction of the product.

※ The door must be open while registering or changing the password.
※ Even after registration and change, please check whether the door is working properly with the registered (changed) password before closing it.

※ Once a new key is registered, the existing key will be automatically deleted, so you should register the key together at once.


[Key Registering]


1. Open the battery Cover of inner Body and press Register® button once.(Bip sound)

2. Continuous touch the receiver point in turn with the keys to register

3. Press the Register® button once again.(Melody sound)

Some models may not be the same as above explanation, so please refer to your model's User's Guide for more information.

If you lose a key, re-register the remaining keys you are using in the door book, and the missing keys will be automatically deleted and only the newly registered keys will be available.

If you have lost all keys, delete all keys listed in the door book with the Delete All Key function.

※ key registration method

(1) Open the battery Cover of inner Body and press Register® button once

?(2) Continuous touch the receiver point in turn with the keys to register 

 

※  Deleting registered key

(1) Open the battery Cover of inner Body and press Register® button once.

(2) Press number 0(on outer body key pad) for 5sec.
