Hi there,

I am a unicor lock customer at Bejing China. My house lock type is Joylock X-3 which is a pretty old type of your products I guess, cause my house is built at year 2005. The reliability of my lock is fantastic that it is still working for now.

I've been using the magnetic key to open the door these years because I forgot the password of my lock. Recently, I want to reset the password of the lock, but I cannot find the product manual and even cannot download it at the unicor official website. I've searched the distributor in Beijing but failed.

I am really appreciate if you could send me a scanned or electric version manual, or the password  reseting steps of Joylock X-3 lock.
